All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maerks, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, Panalpina or Exel. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) for orders to be processed, and 1-5 days to be shipped. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Overnight orders must be placed before 9am Pacific Time / 11am Central Time in order to be processed for 2 day or next day delivery.
**PLEASE NOTE**: FedEx Standard Overnight Orders placed and processed Friday before the cut off time will not be delivered until Monday. We do not currently offer Saturday Delivery for overnight shipping. Orders placed after our 9pm cut off time will be processed the following business day.
Shipping prices vary depending on size of order and selected shipping method. Prices for shipping can be seen in your shopping cart.
Upon checkout, please check to see if we are able to ship to your country. Unfortunately, we do not offer return shipping for International orders. International customers are responsible for any additional return shipping costs. For additional inquiries, please contact us.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent along with the tracking information for your order.
Missing,Lost,Or Stolen Packages
Once your package has marked as delivered, we assume no further responsibility. If you do not receive your package after it's been marked as delivered, please contact us.
If the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, and you did not receive it, we can file a claim, however we will not issue a refund unless the carrier pays out the claim.
